These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reach — the website at reachapp.fun, the Reach mobile application, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Reach is an AI-assisted tool that helps identify, edit, and render short clips from livestream and video content. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Automated clip selection and rendering are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors.
Reach is consent-first. You may not use the Service to clip, process, republish, or distribute a creator's content without the rights or permission to do so. You are solely responsible for how you use clips generated with the Service, including compliance with the terms of any source platform (e.g. Twitch, YouTube, TikTok) and applicable law.
Creators may request that their content be excluded from the Service or deleted; we honor opt-out and per-creator deletion requests. See our Privacy Policy.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and providers (e.g. Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, and our infrastructure and AI providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or content.
Paid plans, if offered, are billed through our third-party payment provider on the terms presented at purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Reach and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated outputs will be accurate.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS OR USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Reach harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Reach operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
